    My child has been at Quala Care since he was four months old and is now a school ager! What a great center! They have always accommodated with his age and developmental status as he grew older by moving into different rooms, and it is great he still can get care there before and after school! The staff is very kind and care for their children like their own. They are great. Always quick to inform us of anything and answer all questions. I would 100% reccomend this center to anyone. Ask to have your child with Fredrica!

    Some of the doctors under this MPC program try to save money hire the worst incompetent staff the files are lost or they can''t find them. When you need a file or an answer for a medical condition that the doctor had cared for you they can't find the information, an office manager should be able to retrieve medical information in a instant, how incompetent! I have to change doctors, I mean some doctors don't even speak English. There are not many provider choices MPC members can choose from either. After I called a staff at MPC they said they didn't care if the doctor's office can't find files for MPC members. That is good to know how important MPC health information is important to MPC.

    This year is my son's 1st year starting school, he is in kindergarden and I must say i love his teacher Mrs. Bowling. She has taught my son so much this year and I couldn't have asked for a better kindergarden teacher for my child

    Worst customer service I have ever had at a BOA. Even with an appointment I waited 25 minutes. During that time no one acknowledged my presence. I finally had to leave because I had things to do that didn't include wasting time.
